What is this material

Gütermann ornamental thread is made from polyester with a clear silk sheen, giving the thread that characteristic lustrous finish on your decorative stitches. The thread is firmly spun so it won't break or fray easily during sewing. Because of the thread thickness, this yarn is thicker than regular sewing thread, exactly what you need to make stitches really stand out. Gütermann's strength and quality guarantee smooth machine sewing without the hassle of thread breakage or pilling. Thanks to its colour fastness, the cacao tone stays beautiful even after washing.
