What is this material

This ornamental thread from Gütermann is made from polyester, which means you get a strong and durable thread that won't snap easily while sewing. The silk sheen gives the thread a lightly lustrous appearance, so decorative stitches really glow on the fabric. Thanks to its sturdy structure, the thread keeps its shape even with intensive use, like when sewing buttonholes. It's a reliable choice if you're looking for thread that works both functionally and decoratively.
