Gütermann Ornamental And Button Hole Thread White 30M (800)

In the photo you can see right away that characteristic silk sheen Gütermann is known for - the thread sits tight and smooth on the spool and has a brilliant white colour that works with just about any project. The spool is built for heavy use and the thread feels sturdier than regular sewing thread. This White shade is a must-have in every sewing box, especially if you're after a neutral base for decorative stitching that stands out without screaming.

What is this material

This ornamental thread from Gütermann is made from polyester, which gives the thread a nice sheen and high tensile strength. The thread is thicker than standard sewing thread, so decorative stitches really pop and stay clearly visible on your fabric. Polyester thread of this quality doesn't break easily and keeps its colour and sheen even after many washes. The smooth structure means it runs through your sewing machine without snagging or tangling. Gütermann has been delivering consistent quality for years, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Uses

This ornamental thread is great for all sorts of decorative and practical sewing jobs where you want to add that extra detail.
