What is this ornamental thread

This thread is made from polyester, a fibre prized for its strength and gentle lustre. Because of the no. 120 thickness, the strand sits a touch thicker than regular sewing thread, which makes decorative stitches really stand out on fabric. The smooth structure means it runs through your machine without shedding or breaking. It holds its colour well, even after repeated washing, so it stays useful in your thread box for years. The 30-metre spool gives you plenty for several smaller projects or finishing off a garment.
