Elastic Edging Ribbon Lime 17mm

Elastic Edging Ribbon Lime 17mm

This stretchy elastic bias binding comes in a bright lime green shade that really catches the eye, with a silky sheen that gives the ribbon a polished appearance. The band is taut and evenly folded, ready to stitch straight onto a raw edge. Thanks to its elastic composition, this bias binding follows the shape of stretch fabrics smoothly, without feeling stiff or restrictive once sewn on.

Product Features:

• Item Number: ELEDG018
• Composition: 70% Polyamide, 30% Elastane
• Width: 17 mm

What is this material

This bias binding is made from a blend of polyamide and elastane, so it naturally stretches along with the fabric you're sewing it onto. It's specifically designed for use on knits, jersey and other stretch fabrics, where ordinary bias binding can feel too rigid or tight. The glossy finish gives the ribbon a neat, almost satin-like appearance that stands out nicely as a decorative edge. Because the band is already pre-folded, you simply fold it around the edge and stitch it down. The lime green colour is bright enough to work as a striking accent, yet stays within a natural green tone that pairs well with other colours.

This elastic bias binding is essential in any sewing studio that works with stretch fabrics. You can use it for:
