What is elastic edging ribbon

Elastic edging ribbon is a narrow, pre-folded ribbon made from a stretch blend of polyamide and elastane. Because of the stretch, the ribbon adapts to both straight and curved edges without pulling or puckering the fabric. The glossy finish gives your garment edge a neat, professional look. Since the ribbon is already folded in half, you don't need to fold anything yourself - you simply stitch it around the edge. This saves real time when finishing stretch sewing projects.
