What is elastic edging ribbon

Elastic edging ribbon is a narrow, stretchy tape designed specifically to finish edges on stretch fabrics without limiting the fabric's give. The ribbon is already double-folded, so you simply tuck the raw edge of your fabric inside and stitch it down. Because elastane is built into the construction, the ribbon holds its shape and stretch through frequent washing and wearing. The soft finish feels comfortable against skin, making it a good choice for garments that sit directly on the body. It comes on a roll of roughly 25 meters, so you can order just what you need, whether that's a few centimeters or a full roll.
