What is elastic bias binding

Elastic bias binding is a folded ribbon specially designed to stretch along with your fabric. The blend of polyamide and elastane gives the binding flex across its width, so it adapts well to curved and round edges without pulling or puckering. The band keeps its shape and stretch even after multiple washes. This makes it a favourite notions choice for anyone working with stretch fabrics, from swimwear to sportswear. The brown colour works well with skin tones and dark fabrics, so the finish stays subtle.
