Elastic Edging Ribbon Mat Pink 20mm

Elastic Edging Ribbon Mat Pink 20mm

This elastic edging ribbon in matte pink has a soft, velvety appearance without shine, exactly what you need for a discreet and neat finish. The ribbon is supple and stretchy, so it folds smoothly around edges, even on curved seams. Once you unroll it, you can see the fine elastic structure that ensures a great fit without distorting the fabric.

Product Features:

• Item Number: ELBIA014
• Composition: 50% Polyamide, 46% Polyester, 4% Elastane
• Width: 20 mm

What is this material

This edging ribbon is made from a blend of polyamide, polyester and elastane, a combination that gives stretch lengthwise and stability widthwise. The elastic fibres allow the ribbon to move freely with stretch fabrics, without feeling overstretched or slack. The matte finish gives a subtle look, perfect if you prefer to avoid shiny ribbon. The ribbon is thin enough not to create bulk along an edge, yet sturdy enough to hold its shape through washing.

This type of elastic edging ribbon is widely used in children's and womenswear where stretch fabrics are involved. You'll find it on:
