Cotton Slub Washed Fabric White

Cotton Slub Washed Fabric White

Swirled into soft folds, this fabric shows a clean, bright white with a matte, washed finish that catches the light gently without ever looking shiny. Up close you can spot the slub texture running through the weave, those small irregular thickenings in the yarn that give the cloth a handmade, slightly uneven character instead of a flat, machine-perfect look. The way it gathers and falls shows a medium drape, soft enough to move naturally but with enough body to hold a shape when needed.

What makes this cotton fabric special

This cotton fabric has a beautiful linen look, which gives it a natural and slightly textured appearance. Soft and breathable, it combines the comfort of cotton with the look of linen, making it a great choice for shirts, dresses, skirts and casual clothing. The slub effect comes from the yarn itself: during spinning, thicker and thinner sections are left in on purpose, so the finished weave has small bumps and irregularities instead of a perfectly even surface. It is exactly this imperfection that gives slub cotton its relaxed, organic feel and makes every metre look just a little different.
