What is this material

Angora jersey is a knit fabric with a brushed finish that mimics the soft, fluffy feel of angora wool, without actually containing any angora. The base is made of acrylic enhanced with polyamide and a touch of elastane, so the fabric moves smoothly and holds its shape well. Thanks to the single jersey knit construction, the fabric drapes loosely and softly, with a nice flow that sits beautifully on the body. The four-way stretch ensures garments fit comfortably and the fabric resists distortion during wear or washing. Despite its cozy, warm character, the fabric is opaque and medium in breathability, making it suitable for clothing worn close to the skin.
