Angora Jersey Fabric Camel Brown

Angora Jersey Fabric Camel Brown

This camel brown jersey has that lovely brushed surface that angora fabrics are known for - you can see it right away in the soft, woolly fibres that catch the light. The warm, slightly reddish camel tone makes this fabric especially suited for the colder months, while the fluid drape means garments sit beautifully on the body without feeling stiff. A fabric that looks expensive and feels wonderfully soft, without the price tag of real angora wool.

What is angora jersey

Angora jersey is a knit fabric with a brushed finish that mimics the soft, fluffy character of angora wool, without actually containing any angora fibre. Thanks to the four-way stretch, the fabric moves fluidly with your body, making it ideal for fitted designs. The matte finish and medium weight give the fabric a luxurious, understated look that pairs well with autumn and winter colours. Because the fabric is opaque, you won't need lining for most projects. It's a real cuddle fabric - soft against the skin yet sturdy enough to hold its shape.
