What is this material

Fusible interfacing, also called woven interfacing backing, is a non-woven material that you fix to the back of your fabric with an iron. Because the fibres are not woven or knitted, interfacing won't fray and the structure stays stable after pressing. This black version is specially made for dark and black fabrics, where white interfacing quickly shows through or dulls the colour.
