At Rijs Textiles you can exchange or return an item if you report it to us within 14 days after receipt. You have 14 days to return the product after reporting. It is important, however, that the product is complete and is in the original package (if reasonably possible). For products that are damaged or incomplete costs can be charged. You are responsible for the cost of returning the package, except if there is a valid complaint. In this case we will charge DPD logistics to come pick up your package. The purchase price and the cost of the first shipment will be refunded to your account up to 30 days after termination of your purchase.
In the case of custom made products (customized items and custom cut fabric) return or exchange is not possible. (With the exception of products supplied incorrectly or errors in the material).
When returning items that do fall under the right to return (for example; sewing thread, needles, zippers, etc), you can use the return form which you can request from our support department (firstname.lastname@example.org).
