Composition and specifications

This stretch gauze is woven from 97% cotton and 3% elastane, a combination that keeps the fabric breathable while adding just enough stretch for ease of movement. It comes in a width of 125 cm and has a weight of 150 grams per square metre, so it falls into the lighter range of garment fabrics. Because of the elastane content, a ballpoint or jersey needle works best to avoid snagging the threads, and a straight stitch with a touch of stretch allowance or a narrow zigzag keeps seams flexible. Wash it gently and let it air dry to keep the crinkle texture intact over time.
